I felt monumental calm, peace and happiness as I slowly walk beside that person. At that moment, the world faded away — I disregarded all problems, the flickering streetlights, and the passersby — my focus solely on the joy in that person’s eyes. We talked and chattered about the whole world, our talk would seem stupid or silly if someone hears it, but it held precious moments for me, now I truly realize.
“The only constant is change” Someone Smart ( idk )
Alas so much reality, truth this sentence hold, I refuse to agree. We, as a human deep down in our heart hopes sometimes, things stay the same. Sadly, we often understand the significance of moments only after they’ve passed. We often fail to enjoy the present, looking for a value in the future. Then we often fail to enjoy the past, recalling ourselves to the present.
On my way home, I felt thrilled, the kind of feeling when you accomplished the biggest achievement in your life. I felt safe and relieved, streets stood quiet as if they wanted to hear my thoughts, road seemed silent as if they wanted to share my feeling. I felt hopeful and an incredible motivation to be better, to turn the best version of myself. Right now, I’m being confused, silly or crazy, most importantly: I’m happy.
